Anna Manning has been helping people buy and sell homes throughout the Hutt Valley since 2014, licensed in real estate since 2010. With 364 confirmed sales and more than $235 million in settled property, she has built a reputation for exceptional results while making selling as smooth and stress-free as possible.
The majority of Anna’s business comes through referrals and repeat clients, a reflection of the trust, relationships, and service she provides. She has been recognised among Ray White’s Top 100 agents nationwide.
Before beginning her real estate career, Anna worked in advertising agencies in Wellington and Tokyo before moving into a real estate company in Yokohama. She holds a degree in Asian Studies and Japanese with Business and Tourism from Victoria University of Wellington, bringing marketing expertise, creativity, and strategic thinking to every campaign.
Passionate about interior design, photography, and art, Anna has a keen eye for showcasing every home’s unique appeal. She believes every property deserves a tailored marketing strategy. Trevor Mordaunt | Senior Agent and Branch Manager
Trevor, Anna’s husband, has been licensed in real estate since 2014 and oversees business development, systems, and operations. He has recently returned to the role of Branch Manager at Ray White Lower Hutt while continuing to work hands-on alongside Anna as a senior real estate salesperson.
Before joining the business, he spent close to a decade as Branch Manager across Ray White’s Wellington, Lower Hutt, and Upper Hutt offices, where he supervised more than 1,000 property transactions and led high-performing sales teams.
Born in Ireland and raised in New Zealand, Trevor is a trained chef whose earlier career was in hospitality management at some of the world’s leading hotels, including the Savoy in London. Outside of work, he enjoys mountain biking and jet skiing.
